Our POS system conforms to the highest standards and is in regulation with the law in all the countries that the product is sold. Our certifications are issued by independent third-party organisations and are proof of the quality of our POS system.

Certifierat Kassaregister (Certified Cash Register) and Kontrollenhet (Control Unit) for Sweden
We follow the Swedish Tax Agency’s regulations SKVFS 2014:9 on requirements for cash registers in Sweden.
LNE Certificate for France
Since 2018, all POS System has to be certified NF 525 or LNE in order to be sold in France. And starting from September 2026, all self-proclaimed certficates are banned. Our POS system has the LNE certification since 2018, as it can be see on the official document.
SCE 1.0 (GKS) for Belgium
It is mandatory to have a white cash register if your restaurant’s annual turnover exceeds €25,000 (excluding drinks, VAT, takeaway meals, meal delivery and the sale of industrial food products such as crisps). Your white cash register must be supplied by an organisation certified by the Belgian government (SCE certification) and must enable you to provide a control document (bill, receipt, till receipt).
A new certificate SCE 2.0 will be requested starting from April 2026. Trivec is actively working to meet its demands.
Kassasystemlova Compliance Declaration (Cash Register Systems Act) and data export in SAF-T XML for Norway
Our POS system meet the requirements laid down in the Cash Register Systems Act (Kassasystemlova Compliance Declaration). Our registration can be seen on the website of The Norwegian Tax Administration. It also complies with the SAF-T Standard, creating an export format of cash register data, as a request from the Norwegian Tax Administration.
OCES Certificate (Public Certificates for Electronic Services) and data export in SAF-T XML for Denmark
To comply with the Danish law, our POS system has an OCES certificate. This means that our cash register records each transaction that has been made and can create an SAF-T export (.xml file).
