In MyTrivec, you can log in and get an overview of all your payment terminals (Westpay). The view provides a clear overview of all the terminals you have. You can easily replace a payment terminal with a new one by clicking on the terminal you want to replace. You make the new order directly in MyTrivec, at any time of the day, without needing to call support. You can also troubleshoot a specific payment terminal using our step-by-step guide – whenever you want.
